Are you looking for nice accommodation for a fair fee? We work directly with apartments´ owners which means no extra fees for the agencies. This  makes our fees one of the best of market!

CEDIC School offers 5  kinds of accommodations including a new apartment conveniently located on the same building of our School:

  1. Home-stays: 1 week single room+breakfast U$d 189 or 4 weeks U$d 750
  2. Students´ shared apartment, located on the same building of our School: 1 week,double-shared room from U$d 74 or single room from U$d 149.- per week!!!
  3.  Private furnished apartments: from U$d 299 per week or U$D 1199.- per month. Discounts for longer (over 4 weeks) stays. Many options and locations, including a beautiful new great apartment located on the same building of our School!!!
  4. Students´ shared house: from U$d 74,75.- per week in double-shared room or U$d 149.- in a single room!!!
  5. Hostels: wide range of prices depending on amenities.

1. Home-stays:   

They are all located in safest areas,  in close proximity to our Spanish school in Buenos Aires with easy access to public transportation, close to central metro station and buses´ stops, museums, entertainment centers, parks, restaurants, art galleries, shopping malls, etc. Conveniently located,  in single or double rooms with or no meals with local host families working with us since the beginning,  eager to give you a warm welcome.  They know from experience what is expected from them and they understand your interest in learning about Argentinean customs and the Spanish language and they will encourage you to do so. You will be free to get in and out the house at anytime with your own keys. You will be able to use the common facilities of the house. You will be able to use another language in specific situations and will receive all the assistance you may require.

  2. Students´shared apartment, located on the same building of our School:

        

New apartment located on the  11th floor of the same building of our School. It can be rented as a private apartment or as a students´ shared one. Reconquista Street , where we are located, is a pedestrian-only promenade and one of the epicenters of what’s happening in downtown area.  Located between Plaza de Mayo and Plaza San Martín, Reconquista Street offers unique shopping, sidewalk cafes, bars, galleries, and fine dining.  People watching is also a favorite pastime.  Since the street is closed to car traffic, it is very quiet, ideal for a good night’s rest. Fully equipped with: 1 floor, 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, 1 living-dining room, 1 kitchen with completed dishes and kitchen utensils, special for those who love cooking; 1 balcony with view to the Río de la Plata River. Internet Wi-Fi and TV 32´with cable. Everything,  including the furniture, the wood floor, electrical appliances, electronic devices, the sommier spring beds are new and well decorated. The apartment is very luminous thanks to its balcony and to all its windows in every room. All is included on the fee above mentioned: Electricity, building fees, gas, city taxes, water, high Speed Internet Wi-Fi, cable TV, towels and linens. In this apartment you will find the peace and quiet required to sleep excellently.

They together with all the apartments are fully equipped, located in the most sought-after areas of Capital Federal, such as Palermo, Palermo Viejo, Recoleta, Barrio Norte, Down town, Las Cañitas and San Telmo.  Many options, prices, styles, sizes and locations… Ask for availability, fees, descriptions and photos!

4. Students´ shared house: 

  • This is place is perfect for young people between 18 and 25 years old who like meeting other people and have fun. Every student at the house is responsible for the cleanest of their own bedroom and also for keep the order and cleaning in all the rooms of the house. At Salta, they usually organize parties therefore you need to be aware that this property is similar to a hostel and may not be the quietest  place. Central location in Buenos Aires area San Telmo neighborhood, along Salta street, 20 minutes away from CEDIC Spanish School.
  • 3 floors; 7 bedrooms;  2 shared bathrooms;1 kitchen. Terrace with barbecue and party area. Internet Wi Fi ;TV 34´. Locations: Down town, San Telmo or Palermo. Very nice rooms. Discounts for long stays.

5. Hostels
